Shipping Information:

Orders ship from Novi, MI when in stock. Non-Stocking orders will be shipped directly from the factory. Normal lead 6-10 days. Customers will be notified if unit has to be made or has a longer then normal lead time.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Returns on purchases are aloud with prior approval and are subject to a 20% restock and freight charges will not be credited. Cancellation of orders is aloud with out a restock as long as order has not shipped yet.

Yes, anything in stock can be picked up here in Novi. If an item is not in stock and you would still like to pick it up here we can have ordered shipped to Novi for your pick-up instore.
